Abyss

Slowly I strolled among the flames of Hell
The abyss revealed the essence of the
infernal insight and knowledge
The smoldering embers
put my spirit in an unexplained desirable spell
My mind was filled with such glorious wonders

When I came home from the abyss
I saw my prince of darkness
Slyly and cunningly he appeared from a dark gloomy cave
I tried desperately to stave
But he was dauntless and fearless
And both fiery and high spirited
His thoughts of me were to enslave

With a crumbling and decaying flame
He approached me
I knew his aim was to claim
my spirit and soul
In a half cracked deranged voice, he asked
"Did you enjoy your journey?"
My voice could not reply
It was trembling and quivering
Bold and brazen, he replied
"All my desires and needs have been
totally fulfilled."

Walking for miles my head was filled with emotions
moving and stirring inside me
My mind was energized
full of power and strength
Knowing now, this universe was coming to an end
Faces and bodies will now melt before me
The evil that has surrounded me for so long will only
be small fragments in space...
